PaiDUC Privacy Policy

Last Revised: 3 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Logic Beacon Group, LLC (“Logic Beacon,” “PaiDUC,” “The Debt Brain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information when you use PaiDUC and our related services (together, the “Services”). That includes when you:

•       Visit our website at https://www.paiduc.com

•       Create an account and use the PaiDUC budgeting and debt-payoff software (the “Software” or “PaiDUC”)

•       Join The Debt Brain community or attend our live coaching calls

•       Contact us by email, through social media, online community, or at events we attend

The Short Version

We know nobody reads privacy policies for fun, so here’s the part that matters most. We built PaiDUC to help people get out of debt, not to make money off their data. We use your information to run PaiDUC for you. We don’t sell it, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t send it to AI services.

The rest of this policy explains the details. If anything is unclear, email us at [email protected], and we’ll explain it in plain English.

Services This Policy Covers

Logic Beacon offers the following Services under this Policy:

1.     PaiDUC Software: a web-based app where you and one household partner build budgets, track debts, expenses, and payments, and plan your path to debt-free.

2.     PaiDUC Subscription: the paid subscription that gives you access to PaiDUC after launch.

3.     The Debt Brain: our online community, live group coaching calls, session recordings, and educational materials.

This Policy also applies to paiduc.com and our social media pages.

Services This Policy Doesn’t Cover

Sometimes we link to other websites and services we think you’ll find useful. Once you click away from PaiDUC, you’re on someone else’s turf, and their privacy policy applies, not ours. The same goes for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and for our payment processor’s checkout pages. We don’t control how those companies handle your information, so it’s worth reading their policies too.

Keep in mind that comments you post on our social media pages are public.

What Is Personal Information?

“Personal Information” is any information that identifies you, or could identify you when combined with other information. Your name, email address, and IP address are common examples. For PaiDUC, it also includes the financial details you enter, like your debts, balances, income, and expenses.

Personal Information We Collect

We collect only what you give us and what we need to run PaiDUC.

Information You Give Us

•       Account information: your name, email address, and login credentials. Each user on a household account has their own login.

•       Financial information you enter: debts, balances, interest rates, payments, income, expenses, and budgets.

•       Communications: messages, feedback, survey answers, and support requests you send us, plus your posts in The Debt Brain community.

•       Coaching sessions: live group coaching calls may be recorded and shared with program participants. Your name, voice, and video may appear if you join on camera.

Information Collected Automatically

•       Audit log: a record of the information entered into PaiDUC and the estimates and results the Software generated from it.

•       Basic technical information: details our hosting providers log automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and error logs. We use these to keep PaiDUC running and secure.

What About My Financial Information?

PaiDUC does not connect to your bank, lender, credit card company, or any other financial institution. Everything in your account is information you typed in yourself.

Please don’t enter account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords for any financial institution. PaiDUC doesn’t need them, and you’re safer without them in there. Nicknames like “Car Loan” or “Visa 1” work just fine.

Your financial information is visible to you and the other user on your household account. We access it only when needed to provide support, keep PaiDUC secure, or maintain the audit log described below. We never share it with The Debt Brain community, sell it, or use it for advertising.

We may offer an optional feature in the future that lets you connect your financial accounts through a secure third-party provider. If we do, it will be opt-in, and we'll update this Policy to explain how it works before the feature goes live.

What About My Payment Information?

When paid subscriptions launch, payments will be processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe, so we never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment information you give them.

What About My Password?

Logins are handled by Supabase, our login provider. Your password is stored in encrypted form, and we can’t see it. If you forget it, you can reset it from the login page. Don’t use the same password you use for your bank or email.

Cookie Policy

What cookies does PaiDUC use?

Cookies are small files your browser stores when you use a website. PaiDUC uses only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you logged in and make the Software work. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

What about analytics?

We don’t currently use analytics tools. If we add them, we’ll update this Policy first and name the tool. We’ll use analytics only to understand and improve how PaiDUC is used, and we still won’t sell your data.

What about ads I see for PaiDUC?

We may advertise PaiDUC on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube. Those platforms decide who sees our ads using their own data. We don’t give them your PaiDUC information.

Can I block cookies?

Yes, through your browser settings. Just know that PaiDUC needs its login cookies to work, so blocking them will log you out.

Why We Use Your Personal Information

We use your information only to run and improve the Services, including to:

•       Run PaiDUC, including your budgets, payoff plans, debt-free timelines, and interest estimates

•       Create and manage your account and the users on it

•       Provide support, troubleshoot, and fix bugs

•       Keep PaiDUC secure and prevent misuse

•       Keep the records described under “How Long We Keep Your Information”

•       Send the messages described under “Messages Policy”

•       Improve PaiDUC, using de-identified or combined data rather than your individual financial details

•       Comply with the law

What We Don’t Do

•       We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. That stays true if we add analytics later.

•       We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t let advertisers track you in PaiDUC.

•       We don’t send your information to AI services.

•       We don’t share your individual financial information with other users, The Debt Brain community, or the public.

If we ever want to change any of these, we’ll update this Policy and tell you before the change takes effect.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We keep sharing to a minimum. We share your information only in these situations:

•       Service providers that run PaiDUC: Vercel (website hosting), Railway (app and database hosting), and Supabase (user login). Their written terms require them to protect your information and use it only to provide their services.

•       Payment processing: Stripe, once paid subscriptions launch.

•       Contractors: people we hire to help build or maintain PaiDUC, under written confidentiality obligations.

•       The other user on your account: a household account’s second user can see the financial information in that shared account.

•       Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety of our users or others.

•       New owners: if Logic Beacon or PaiDUC is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner. They must follow this Policy unless you’re notified first and given the chance to delete your account.

•       With your permission: for example, when you agree to let us use your testimonial.

Messages Policy

Messages you can opt out of

We send reminders for live coaching calls and occasional news and offers about PaiDUC and The Debt Brain. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by emailing [email protected]. We’ll miss you, but we get it.

Messages you can’t opt out of

While you have an account, you’ll still get important messages about it, such as login and security notices, account changes, updates to this Policy, and notice of a security incident.

How Long We Keep Your Information

•       Account data stays while your account is open. Close your account or email [email protected] to request deletion, and we’ll delete or de-identify it within 30 days.

•       The audit log is kept for up to 5 years after your account closes, so there’s an accurate record of how PaiDUC worked if a question or legal dispute comes up. Only people who need it for that purpose can access it.

•       Backups held by our hosting providers may keep copies briefly until they’re overwritten on their normal schedule.

•       Required records, such as payment and tax records, are kept as long as the law requires.

•       Beta testers: when PaiDUC launches, the beta becomes the live version and your account carries over automatically. Ask us before or after launch if you’d rather have your data deleted.

Your Rights

No matter which state you live in, you can:

•       View and edit the financial information in your account anytime in PaiDUC

•       Ask for a copy of your information

•       Ask us to correct or delete your information

•       Ask which service providers we’ve shared your information with

•       Unsubscribe from coaching reminders and marketing emails

Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days. Using these rights won’t affect your price or service.

Keeping Your Information Safe

•       Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) between your browser and PaiDUC, and between our Software and its database.

•       Data is stored with hosting providers that encrypt it at rest.

•       Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it to run PaiDUC.

•       Each user has their own login credentials.

No system is perfectly secure, and we won’t pretend otherwise. If we learn your information was accessed or disclosed without authorization, we’ll notify you without unreasonable delay and within the time the law requires. We’ll tell you what happened, what information was involved, and what we’re doing about it. You can help by using a strong, unique password and keeping your login to yourself.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Logic Beacon is formed and operated in the United States. Your information is stored and processed by the hosting providers named above in their data centers.

Protection of Children

PaiDUC is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us so we can look into it.

United States Only

PaiDUC is intended for people in the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as PaiDUC grows. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make a material change, especially to how we use or share your information, we’ll notify you by email or in PaiDUC before it takes effect.
